bioStrategies' commercial due diligence helps support Antisoma’s sale of Oforta™ to Sanofi-Aventis US for $65m.
Sanofi-Aventis US acquired from Antisoma plc the US commercial rights to Oforta™ (fludarabine phosphate film-coated tablets), an oral B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) drug. Oforta™ is FDA-approved for use as a second-line therapy to treat adults with B-cell CLL.
